i made a new friend in class today! kinda sorta! haha.. whatever. it's kind of exciting & POSSIBLE, but yea. i wish i had better social/people skills. dudee.. i've been really productive too! considering i've only had 3 of my 5 classes so far. @.@ almost done w/ my stats hw, finished spanish hw & um yea! haha.. i havent gone to the library yet. aww.. oh well. maybe tomorrow. *insert nerdy goofy happy face here*
yayy for the upcoming 4 day weekend!! =D i want to do stuff, but not! stupid gas prices. RAWR!
mm.. so i've been thinking.. people annoy me. like, really! ALREADY! it's all the typical stuff & i know its just a big waste of time bugging over it. some people just naturally suck. OOOH. this is my latest thing. i'm sorry, but i need to get it OUT. hah. i've noticed how there are so many people who just take EVERYthing/person for GRANTED! & yea, they're "good looking" but at the same time, their actions make them SO FREAKN UGLY! i hate it when people are self absorbed in thier materialistic belongings! it's really dumb because it's like they're "measuring" how much people like them or how "COOL" they are by having a million friends they just USE. just.. WHY are you in my life?? oh.. that's right, because i LET you. only so i can use YOU to make myself feel like a better person. hm. thanks. .. it's been like 3 years? i STILL need to learn to cut people out of my life.
COMPLETELY.i can feel it. this year will be THE year. (the start of?!) ULTIMATE changes. crazy ass parties because everyone's going to turn 21. (christa & chris p this upcoming month!) then after the end of this year, we'll have our last college summer, then start our last year in college, GRADUATE! scramble to find jobs, live, work, survive, try to fit in time for friends/family/significant other? mann.. haha.. i think i'll um.. enjoy my college years as they're going on! haha.. or TRY to. mm.. i cant taste the stress yet, but i'm sure i will. =)

i was so super productive today & it's not even 3:30 yet! = )
- went to school 8-10ish.
- bought 4 of my 6 books. (-$330. =T)
- read ch. 1 for MGMT.
- got driven to my car by nice, cute white boy who wanted parking.
- returned the pants i got from macys.
- organized my school stuff & printed out stats syllabus.
- lunch w/ may, michele & anne. (i get to watch belle on saturday?!)
- bought snacks for school from albertsons.
- picked up my pictures from walmart.
- called alex! the big 2-0! =))
- started on my stats hw (1/3 done, due 2 weeks from now! =D)
all i have left is to review for spanish, but i can do that tomorrow after MGMT. aww yayy.. good start! =D
the only sad thing is i wasted so much gas driving. & i just read that the prices are going to reach over $3 after hurricane katrina. =( i wish i had a carpool buddy.

first day of fall semester! = )
had 3 classes today. MGMT305 seems like fun. but a lot of writing & analyzing. shouldnt be too bad though. SPAN201 was intimidating. haha.. because she was talking in spanish & i was trying to understand! mann. =T good thing diana's taking that class with me! =) then BUS304. yayy brittany's in my class! i swear its sooo cool knowing people in your classes. haha.. then the end of my 1st day! so long, but it went by so fast! (7-2:25pm!) oh well. it's just the 1st day. haha..
after that! i planned on getting my book for MGMT, but the line was out the door & by the stairs! @.@ i was NOT about to wait there, so i headed to the discount bookstore across the street. NONE of my books there, so i head home & look them up on half.com & amazon.com. so.. amazon is selling the books i need for MORE than the used prices from school & from half, the prices are cheaper by a few bucks. -.- i'm so irritated. i dont want to drive alllll the way to san marcos to buy $300 worth of books! -.-
i've been using the terms 'niece' & 'brother in law' a lot lately. kind of weird, but whatever. haha. i miss baby belle. = (
things should be easier. i like things simple.

now that the end of summer is here, i can say that yea, it was
bittersweet. it started off horribly & i went through my random stages of fustration, anger, sadness, & indifference when the majority of the days were described as SSDD. (same shit, different day). but in spite of that, i've had some good times this summer. with any long break, i've grown closer to some friends, drifted from others, or the friendship's maintained constant. as much as i love summer because it's a 3 & a half month break from school, i hate it because it gives me too much time to think! haha. but whatever. as much as i'd like to wish for the bad things to not have happened, things do happen for a reason. lessons have been learned, sights have been seen, things have been said & done, but now it's time to move on.
summer 2005horton plaza. el torito; bye shea. =( las vegas (of course; 5.17-6.12, 7.21-24, 8.11-15). hangage w/ vegas friends <3! blue man group. scandia/mini golf! mightnight bowling. LOTS of shopping! board games/cranium! pierced cartilage. lots of movie watching. mentionables: mr & mrs smith, batman begins, please teach me english, charlie & the chocolate factory, my tutor friend. seasons 2-6 of 'friends.' late night beach runs. shooting star/cloud watching. grunions! watching baby belle. skateworld/roller skating. beach in the day time! hot tubbing. 24 hour. sister's bbq. driving range. white gummi bear?! crocodile jerky?! harry potter & the half blood prince. pictionary w/ jenga tiles! "33 our night of illegality." (no license =T, stealing!, loitering, supposed to trespass, but couldnt). the big LA trip w/ the girls, 7.30&31. (3rd street promenade, santa monica pier, westwood/diddy reese, mann's chinese theater, wax museum). club boogie; bye dj. =( balboa park; no lilies, but lots of roses! two 8 week summer school classes; A's in both. =) six flags, 8.16! =D white board. name association games, the green book, black magic?! random adventures in riverside & ontario. board game night! high shool group dinner @ souplantation. met new people. part of friends - season 9. victoria gardens & ontario mills. ugly new tan. end of summer bonfire!

so, i went to la jolla shores to reserve a pit for the bonfire later tonight w/ randy at 6am. people told me that 6 is too early, but um.. yea. wth. ALL the pits were taken by 5am! the people we're sharing the pit w/ were there at 4:30am. @.@ yuck!
i got home around 1. i took a shower because i had beach sand all over my body. i dry off, look in the mirror & what do i see?! an ugly tan! haha.. i decided to wear a halter top.. HAHA.. oops. but i put sunblock! so i didnt think it'd yea.. oh wells. for the next few months, i'll be inside more than outside, so it should even out! =)) like that logic?! haha..
there were sharks & anchovies in the water!! HAHA.. i wanted to venture out more in the water, but.. i didnt want to get my shirt wet. haha.. sigh. i want to nap.

haha.. i'm such a cheater. but yes. the bonfire was lots of fun!! & surprisingly sharing the pit wasnt a BAD thing because they had some things WE didnt!! like a lighter!! haha.. =P but yes, it was SUPER NICE seeing a lot of faces i havent this summer! yea, i want to list everyone that went so i can remember, but yea. it's hard. haha.. clare told me she counted & there was give or take 60 people?! WOW!! soooooo fun!! =)) our first AND last planned bonfire was a SUCCESS!! haha.. planning is stressful. i hope everyone had fun though!! THANKS for coming, friends!! or bringing stuff!! you're just SO AWESOME!! =D

man.. thinking about it, the 3 days before that were good too! haha.. on thursday & friday, clare, annie & i took a trip to riverside to hang out w/ glenda! got there thursday night, just chilled & watched season 9 of friends!! haha.. lots of laughing. then friday, we had brunch @ denny's, watched a little girl get 3 toys from those claw machines!, dropped glenda off for her final, kind of toured UCR, showered, picked glenda up, went shopping @ victoria gardens! (soooo pretty!), clare got a free drink! haha.. carvel style?!, hot hot hot, ontario mills, kris met up w/ us, more shopping!, stopped by jane's, glenda's, drove kevin's truck up the street! haha, home. sleep!
then on wednesday night, vinnie, chris, anton, christa & rj, jane, clare & i had dinner @ souplantation. i just had one super big salad that filled me up & i struggled to finish! haha.. so did that, stayed past their closing time (ooops!), loitered in the parking lot talking. vinnie kept pushing me off the curb because i'm not a balanced person. haha.. i'm going to miss vinnie. =( but i think it's cool how he's going to taiwan for a WHOLE YEAR!! mann.. so i'm happy but kind of sad! haha.. he'll have fun then he'll be back & we can drink alky hall legally & he can make fun of me again! yayy! haha.. =P
ahhh.. its hot. i'm going to stop now & print stuff for school. yayy!!

today was actually fun!! it was a HELLA nice change from staying home & doing nothing all day!! =) out from 11am-11pm. 12 hours of FUNN! haha.. i'm lame. =)
mervyn's w/ michele. then ncf. haha.. effing macys.. i was in line waiting, the stupid associate was like "no one is at the register down there, you should go there." so i did only to have 2 other customers pop up. so i was all standing there pissed off. because i remember doing that to people too. haha.. so the new store manager comes over, starts telling me stuff about the store/my purchase..

pointless days. wasteful.
i've been thinking this whole day.. about this whole summer. haha. in general, yea, it's great because it's summer, but at the same time since summer school's ended & the friends have jobs/lives, & i'm broke & unemployed, i've felt really.. useless. it's really lame.
then there's the whole thing where.. people have been going away. haha.. either physically or in my mind! for some, the friendship has been constant; which is fine. it still makes me sad whenever people move away, but i know it's for the better. i can deal. like shea going to ucla. then mike & austuny going to bible college. which is sooo awesome since i know how much they'll enjoy being there. & a few friends moving out. now, my friends from vegas going back to their respected cities for school. even though i wasnt in vegas for the whole summer.. it still sucks because our little "group" was the only one that separated & went off to different cities. like, everyone! it makes it more difficult to get together. breaks are different & this next summer is.. iffy. the majority of us arent going back. maybe for a week or weekend, but not the whole summer. it makes me sad. maybe i should've stayed in vegas for the whole summer.
but.. i think.. i shouldnt think about all the shoulda coulda woulda's.. that's how life is. everything happens for a reason.
i was making a list earlier on what i wanted to do sometime later on in life & a LOT of it included traveling. i really do want to see the world. but like, when you travel, you mostly just see the big sites, not the actual places themselves. for example, las vegas. people stay on the strip. & i either heard/read from somewhere that people only travel a few miles away from their hotel. dude, can we say restricted? same goes for any other big touristy spot; you only explore what's been.. hyped up. i dont know. in a way, i want to see EVERYTHING.. but at the same time, i know it's not possible. haha.. like my other half & i were talking about.. to fully appreciate & take in everything a place has to offer, short stays just wont do it. a few weeks to a month might be sufficient, but who will have that kind of time? maybe when i retire, but i'd rather enjoy things while i'm "young"..
mm.. what else. yea. i love it when people waste my time. freakn JERKS! gahh.. the world isnt balanced. more effort from one side than the other. not everything should be in equilibrium, but when i'm all the way at the bottom & youre flying sky high, that's when i question everything. whatever. stop taking advantage of me. SHIT!

mm.. DEATH!! haha.. so that was my whole thing for sociology! haha.. i was scared shitless on what i was going to get grade wise! but i had a LITTLE bit of hope for myself. HAHA. so what did i get? my teacher was cool enough to email me my grade.. because she knew how worried i was. HAHA. oh man.. i cant stop these bursts of laughter. HAHA.. =P but anyways, i decided to check on my music grade as well. & i'm semi proud of myself. i got A's in both classes. ^^ too bad i felt like summer school was such a waste of brain power. i feel like i didnt use it. =/ bahh.. OH WELL.

'i hope so!' haha.. home. michele came by. i'm loved! =) lehman's. "snacks for the road. <3 dinner. left to drive to vegas. 5 hours later = midnight. steak & eggs. yumm! home around 2am. SLEEP!!

aww.. last night was fun! = ) it was the latest i've been out this summer, i think. haha.. sad, but whatevers! i'm a loserly granny that gets tired @ 10pm! =P but yea, we [clare, diana, rj & christa, randy, fireboy, trish, jessica, paul, dj & brother, random people & i] went to club boogie. the car ride was fun. haha.. "drive faster!" "BYE!" funny faces. haha.. of course, we get there early & we're the first ones on the dance floor. hahaha.. operation SH was a semi success. haha.. gosh.. GO CLARE & DIANA for dancing w/ those random boys. =) i remet gil! haha.. dude. not seeing people for 10 years is YEA. haha.. eye contact is crucial. gah. he was cute! haha.. =X denny's afterwards. um. yea. pretty slow service, but the server was freakn cheerful. haha. @.@ the drive home was fun too. but like i was telling clare last night/this super early morning, i think that's the last 18 up club i'll ever go to! haha.. i'm over clubbing until i turn 21. i want a new scene. or something. mm.. SOMETIMES i know what i'm talking about. hah.

so my mom called me at like 10 this morning. & she was scolding me for sleeping still. uh. haha.. yea & i didnt want to tell her i got in at 4.. soooo rawr! i couldnt go back to sleep after. =(
mm.. summer school will be over this week. .. i really dont care. HAHA. i only have one final to "study" for.. but! i dont know HOW to study for it. no study guide, NOTHING. blahhh!

i needed to read 5 chapters in my soc book & the 60 page article she sent us. i read the summaries for the first 3, then skipped the last 2 (because they're kind of ehh.. common sense & i read the summaries because the book repeats itself whereas the summary just tells you what happened.. haha.. i'm a cheater. -.-) & i'm dreading the article. haha.. but how's THAT for productive! after 2 or so weeks of NOT for soc. =)

OH! you too!' jamba juice - orchard oasis, eh? yum. dinner w/ clare & adam. shopping @ ncf. my ex-coworkers miss me. =)) more shopping w/ michele. vip buffet in clairemont. 6 plates each?! HAHA! mister ryan! wedding crahers. 'let's crash a wedding!' "no, we have to learn how to first!" eye drops, eh?

my other half went to ny last night/this morning. AHHH! soooo fun~ luckyyy! i hope she has fun. =)
so i was looking at this article on dove's campaign for real beauty/women whatever.. those ads are EVERYWHERE. i'm sure you've all seen them. the one with women in their white undergarments. but they're not size 0's. i believe the article said they were ranged from sizes 4-12. i think it's kind of cool because it's different & definitely an attention grabber, but.. you know society wont put up with it for long. -.- it's sad. we're all so materialistic & vain/shallow. weeeee.
speaking of society, after our 1.5 hour lecture today, i talked to my soc teacher about my grade. haha.. like, i was worried because 25% is discussion. um, i dont like talking.. haha.. so i talked to her about that & my midterm. & she was like "i know you're one of those who like to study.." then she was like "dont worry, i dont think you'll get anything less than an A.." soo =) but damnit. bring my hopes up. haha.. so i'm aiming for a B.. =P standards for summer school are LOW! i dont really give a flying fword! rawr.
i got to see baby belle last night. haha.. she's so weird! she eats/sucks on her clothes or her hands. it's gross, but cute. HAHA. =P i played with her too! it was funn! i cant wait until she's older & can communicate! because i'm not "havin" the crying! =(
adam, clare & i were eating @ pat & oscars earlier & there was this family w/ little kids & this little kid ran up next to me & of course i turn towards him, he says something, but it's not decipher-able, so next thing i know, he opens his mouth & YEA! FOOD NOT SWALLOWED!! hahaha.. soooo gross. but HILARIOUS! hahaha..

when the girls & i were in hollywood, we went to the wax museum. admission was $12. i gave the guy $15. he gave me $7 back.
today, i went to mcdonalds to get chicken mcnuggets for 99cents! YEAUH! so i drive up & he gives me the bag of food.. when i was holding it, i was like "hm, it's kind of heavy" then later, i found out.. he gave me FOUR boxes of mcnuggets. HAHAHA!!
i dont know. i found it all interesting! =T

what a short but long weekend! 28 hours of FUN w/ the girls!
riverside to pick up glenda. nice apartment! traffic. car full of boys? = YUCK. inglewood. LA adventurer hotel. small parking lot! dirty dirty. santa monica! 3rd street promenade. saw diana & peter! too much food. shopping. urban outfitters "g is for gangsta" 's is for shorty'. ae "let's make a sentence!" 'smart american eagle flirt!' haha.. walk to santa monica pier took forever! but we got so many good group pictures. cops flashing lights! HAHA. =D guy peeing in bushes! "dont look!" santa monica pier. ucla. party?? high schoolers?! nevermind! clare's friend jon. diddy reese. powell library & other pretty building. special campus tour @ 1am. =) clare & annie ran through sprinklers! statue garden = ROCKS!/under construction. mascot. sleep @ 3am. housekeeping? dirty ice?! free breakfast=muffin & coffee/juice.
