putting things into perspective.
i like believing i have my priorities straight. my goal for right now is to just.. finish college in 4 years. but what's the goal after that one? whenever people ask me what i'm going to do, i've been saying "whatever happens this year.." the go with the flow answer. but.. i've never been that kind of person. i need to have goals. i need to have a plan.
it's pretty lame.. because this was triggered by the things i want in life. mm.. which are kind of expensive! haha.. so how do i get from point A (being finishing up school) to point B (being rich.. haha)? mm.. yea!
another thing i've noticed. i actually LIKE going out & meeting new people. i have my MANY moments where i'm the total definition of a socially awkward person, but there are others where i'm just like "oh yeaa! BLAHBLAHBLAH!" haha.. yea, i'm all excited for it, but at the same time, i'm also chill with just staying at home & doing nothing. yea. complicated! yin & yang.
ahh.. the singles scene. it's kind of lonely, but not! i've realized.. once, twice.. more than enough! that.. i dont want to settle for less. sure, there's compromising, but.. ugh! plus, i've decided.. nothing good comes from the boys you meet in summer! maybe if they're still my friend in the fall, i'll think about it! haha.. JKHADFJHAHERWA!
ok. enough of that! so.. i feel like i've been MIA for some reason. but i've been going out a lot! kinda sorta! yea, i've been hanging out w/ the same people for the most part, but it seems like i havent seen everyone else in forever! blah! i try, but i'm boring! i dont do stuff!
so yea! on a totally different note! my coworker is quitting.. which is sad! =( but.. i think i'm getting more of her hours? sooo maybe, HOPEFULLY i'll be able to save up! =)) i was thinking about getting another job, but i realized it's almost july! & summer will be over soon! haha.. rawr! i have time to think it over..
the weather sucks! humidity! rawr!

wow. the end of the week always has potential to be GOOD. this one has proved its potential & then some. haha..
friday night was fun! alky hall makes people interesting! haha.. well, just more entertaining i guess! "ya'll LYING! you dont have to lie to kick it!" haha.. mm.. & i think that's all i'm allowed to say! haha..
saturday night was also fun! ole madrid (THANKS to alan for passes! =D) w/ diana, lena, joey & tristian (?).. "she looks like she's wearing a tissue!" "aren't you hot??" "i dont know you! *guy walks away*" "they dont know where their car is!" alvaros. 'the scary lady PUSHED me!!' =(! what the fucking shit! "excuse me sir!" 'youre excused!'
oh gosh. i'm hungry now.

"who does he think he is - asking for change like a hobo then hitting on me?!" hahaha.. i missed talking to my k! it brought back a lot of memories from high school. *happy sigh* haha.. i miss everyone now. =(
kevin's back! just until sunday. haha.. we were watching the world cup earlier & he was giving me the live version of the players! by kicking or elbowing me. -.- ya.. haha.. good times! OOH! vinnie's back too!! both of the vin's.. aww! yayy for random information! haha..
all 3 summer school classes tomorrow. yay?

wow. it's been so long! but yea, i was in vegas for a good 5-6 days! here's the breakdown!

SHARK REEF. @ mandalay bay. w/ my partner in crime/other half! not worth it! not even if youre a nevada resident & get a discount (which is $13 down from $16.. pssh!). i thought the sharks would be bigger or there would be more of them! since it IS a SHARK reef! =(

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. @ the venetian. w/ my uncle. he got a free ticket, so my mom told me to go. the theatre was nice! & it was a much shorter version of the movie, so i liked it! haha.. found out my uncle would go to broadway shows in NY 3-4 times a year! gahh! crazy, good stuff!

BROTHER'S GRADUATION. @ orlean's arena. w/ family & the lehmans. man. i'm so proud of my little brother! haha.. what a nerd! the speeches from the freakn 7 valedictorians were so gooood! i loved the train one. such a crazy mix of students though! computer science, business finance, LAW?!, its.. and blah.. geeez! it's like a mini college? haha.. crazy. makes me kind of wish i went to a magnet school.

MADAME TUSSAUDS. wax musem @ the venetian. w/ debb & dan. pretty cool! fun times! "ok, let's make a rule! let's take a picture w/ all of them!" haha.. that kind of died out, but got a good number of pictures. a lot of funny ones. gooood times w/ those two! haha..

a friend from school visited me yesterday at work. we were talking & i was telling her i finally got my schedule! because i talked to her about it before the semester ended & just freaking out at that time. haha.. but while we were talking, she was like "dont try to be a hero.."
hm.. what?!
haha.. i guess it's because she knows i'm trying to graduate by spring & that i'd be packing all my classes together. it was nice talking to her though. she's like me, but more on the realistic side..? haha..
so, just like when school is in session, my room becomes a mess over the weekend. rawrr!
oooh! i also checked my schedule yesterday. she didnt do the last weekend of july! =D haha.. so i asked for that off. but yeaa - how lame! i'm still working ONLY weekends. whatever. i'll just randomly go back to vegas for a few days or something. =P or.. quit? so much easier! haha.. i know my mom wants me to. arrgh.
oh yea! WALMART SUCKS! dont get your pictures printed there! they are SO UGLY! BAD! QUALITY! forreal! yuuuuuck! so.. hm.. shutterfly? target? costco?

Boredom could be the keyword for today, dear Taurus. woke up semi early! 8am. isabelle's baptism. brunch at brother's family restaurant afterwards. she doesnt remember me. ultimate sadface! "see you next week!" wow! time going by too fast! darn this month! got called into work. rawr rawr! 2.5 hours?! (REALLY!) LAAME! but got semi cheap gas! talked to clare. she's my HERO! haha.. she ran a marathon all by herself! gooo clare! =) wasted time online. listening to the angels & airwaves cd. hm.. undecided on whether i like it or not! my brother also got me a buttload of beach boys music! =D!
