this whole 'staying positive even though i dont have a job' thing is harder than i thought. let's just say it's easier said than done.
*just opened all of the job search engines* haha.. i suck. =) i think i'll do that again.. for like the 3rd time today.

i.. miss san diego.
i got to see some friends over the weekend.. got there on friday. i got to see snow on the way there! everyone made fun of me because i took a picture while i was driving.. boo on you! haha.. when i got to sd, i had lunch w/ shannon g ("i'm on the same page, but i read slow" haha..), visited godiva people, hung out with nik (young'n starts with 'w'? =P), boyfriend met up with us, pantera/panera bread - refills, really?! =D, eric came to hang out for a little bit, clare's to hangout, jane brought pizza, diana came, played scene it jr!, then wii! (i didnt know it was called a wii-mote), mm then people left! it was a busy, fun day.. =)
saturday was more chill. clare, shaun, adam g, bf adam & i watched 'meet the spartans'.. -.- "i heard you laughing!" rawr. haha.. i dont remember the last time i watched a stupid funny movie in the theaters.. bleh! then went to diana's to give her flowers for her anniversary because we <3 her too.. hung out for a little bit.. i got to use my new helmet!! =D on the freeeeezing freeway.. but yea.. still =D then the bf left. hung out with adam g while clare went to church then primos for dinner! YUM!! .. YUM some more! haha.. target. then adam left to go to work. so clare & i chilled.. hgtv! haha.. "let's look for our wedding dresses!" 'do you want a tiara?' hahaha.. we're awesome. 8)
sunday - happy 23rd birthday clare! <3 left her place around 11.. "you left something in my room!" 'i KNEW i shouldnt have left my purse there!' haha.. went to my grandma's house. a LOT of mail. (which i'm kind of sad about because i got a LOT of macys coupons & express ones. BOO! .. but! i got $13 from 24hour fitness.. suckas!) then swung by the lehmans to see if they were home. "SURPRISE!" hahaha.. caught up with everyone.. =) "in 6 months if we dont have jobs, we'll start our own business right? let's flip houses!" haha..
it was a good weekend. it made me miss everyone more. <3

what kind of medicine do you take when you sneeze all day? children's liquid medicine? because i would. & i did. =T
this past weekend was okay. got to go shopping! ae had no dressing rooms. "someone drove their car through them." -.- got to watch 'the bucket list'.. a good, but sad movie. makes you want to get the most out of life. =] got my head measured! haha.. 56.5cm? something like that! ordered my helmet.. finally! hope it comes in by wednesday like they said. weeeee~
i cant wait for spring to come. or for vegas to get super hot again. rawr.

i think i got the flu. bleeeh! it super sucks. =( cant eat. want to sleep all the time.. BOO. my throat hates me. ugh. whatevs!
olivia turned ONE! hooray! =) too bad she was sick & miserable.. =(
i missed reading. i miss learning. i miss a lot of stuff actually..
southwest is having this awesome sale & i want to fly everywhere! seattle for $79 each way (i think that's right), raleigh - to visit the bf's parents all the way on the east coast for $99 each way and $49 each way to go to sd.. ahhh.. i'm sure i'd get sick of traveling though.. =P i'm funny..
i <3 my mom so much for telling me not to put too much pressure on myself.. even now.. after sooooooo many months of the same thing.. siiigh. awesome. just awesome. <3

i think the cold everyone has had in my house is going to catch me soon. rawr. i miss having medical insurance.
adam & i have been keeping each other in check in eating healthier.. it's good but bad at the same time. bad because i get cravings for golden spoon, carne asada fries or carne asada burritoes (mm.. DROOL!), pizza, brownies with ice cream.. mm yea. i'm mean to myself.
i kinda wish sometimes that i was more social..

my nieces are awesome. = )
isabelle amuses me. "yee yee t-sa!" .. "no, bebe GOOD girl!" right after she spills soda on my carpet. "isabelle how old are you?" 'OLD!'.. she hears my dad/or anyone coming, grabs a blanket & says to me "hide!" haha.. or when she hits me with her little fists & when i fake cry, she hugs me & says "that's okay!" haha.. (but lately she says, sorry..) OR! my favorite where i dont know where she learned this one.. but when i say "gime a kiss!" more than once, she ends up licking my face! haha.. & when i do it back to her.. "that's gross!" another one! haha.. when may asked her where olivia got this necklace, she goes, "let me think!" haha..
yea, she's crazy.. mm.. but yea! olivia has teeth! they hurt.. =P & she can climb up the stairs! =) & she pinches really hard! aaaaaand she can say "elmo!" haha.. i'm trying to get her to say "yee yee t-sa" like isabelle.. so i say it repeatedly.. =P
it's funny how they're too much to handle at once.. but they do have their cute moments.. <3

ahh, reading the news is always interesting.
- the story about the women stuck in an elevator for 2 days & how they "survived" on 2 cough drops & 6 asprin.. "what do you mean SURVIVED?? people can survive w/o food for a week!"
- the review of the cool gadgets from CES. there was a new $799 dvd player that plays both HD dvds & blu ray discs.. it's crazy how a little over a decade ago.. video cassettes were out & dvds were in.. now HD & blu ray are taking over.. gahh! haha.. our kids are going to say we're super old when we talk about dvds or whatever.. gollllly~
- the story about the guy living at the ikea in new jersey.. haha.. that's kind of creepy living in a store!!
& of course there are some bad ones.. but these were the most ineresting..

well, it's 3 days into the new year & i didnt get to recap 2007. overall, it was a GREAT year! more positives than negatives..
let's do a quick recap:
- olivia was born! <3
- friend's (& my) birthday outings.. =]
- goodbye godiva.. =(
- spring break in vegas with clare.. "high maintenance girly girls!"
- i met adam.. thanks to diana & david! <3
- finally got to visit debb in reno..
- the friends & i graduated from college! =D!
- fun/crazy summer!

. june babies get together
. got to go to the shooting range for the first time!
. got someone to take me to disneyland after a million years..
- moved back to las vegas to be closer to family..
- went to new york twice within two months..
- first NYE on the strip with diana & her family..
i know a lot more has happened.. & still is happening.. like me being unemployed & stressing about it. =) but i'm trying to stay positive.. positive thoughts=positive outcomes? haha.. we'll see!
i cant wait to see what this year brings.. more adventures, experiences, friendships.. =)
